No, you can do it without restraints. But for some it is more fun to do it with restraints.

Sirius grins. "Hm, well, lets see...I should probably tell you someplace where I'm probably not ticklish, right?" He looks himself over and thinks. "Start on the underside, maybe, and work your away around from there?"

Okay. Just be a little clear on underside please? Do you mean here- *I tickle his belly.* or here? *I tickle his wings (if he has wings).*

Sirius giggles loudly. "Y-yes...either...hehehehe!!" He squirms around madly, but resists using his wings to cover his underside.

This catches Sirius by surprise. He lets out a loud squealing noise then breaks down into helpless laughter. "HAHAAHAAHAAHAAA!! N-no...stop...please...!!" he gasps out between laughs.

Sirius slowly manages to get his laughter under control. "Wow...that was a surprise!" he says, looking down toward the tip of his tail. "I never knew I was THAT ticklish anywhere!"

Sirius gasps, then squeezes his eyes shut as he tries to contain the giggles. But they come out anyway. "Hehe...hehehe...heeheeheehee!!" He squirms to try and evade the feather, without success.
