Shimmer traced the feather over his right heel and then began to move upwards, over his arches.

His giggles begin to get just a bit louder and he holds them back less.

Shimmer crossed his soles and began teasing the feather under his toes.

He starts giggling more uncontrollably and starts to wiggle his toes a bit.

"Ah, soft spots." Shimmer wiggled the feather around and under his wiggling toes.

He jumped a little bit each time the feather went under his toes, and raised his giggling still ever so slightly.
