Jumping Post window

I not know if the admin can change this at all but the post window scrollbar jumps up and down weirdly if the text inside the post window gets bigger as the frame. It jumps always to the middle of the text but also, NEVER stays at the end of the text that you can read what you have written. It really bothers me.
