"Ah-ah, mustn't do that!" Sirius chuckles, grasping her tail tip with one claw to keep it out of the way. With the other, he picks up the peacock feather and begins to work it in and out between Shimmer's toes.

"you'd be correct." she pulls a second one from her bag. "This flower grows around my old home, it has hundreds of tiny vines underneath it that help it dig underground when it feels threatened. It's also a bit grabby." she walks over to his feet and presses one to his right foot. The four large vines wrap around his foot and pull the flower against his sole where the hundreds of smaller vines start to scrabble around."
