New Dragon Incoming!

Hello there! I just found this site and looked it over - I was overjoyed! I have been looking for a place like this for a long time, so I naturally I wasted no time in signing up!

Anyway, here is the character I was hoping to play:

Name: Sirius
Type of Dragon: Non-Anthro Western Dragon, dark blue scales with lighter blue scales underneath, still-lighter coloring on the wingsails. Claws and back spines are silver, as are his eyes. His tail has a spade-shaped tip on the end.
Age: 18
Ticklish spots: Pretty much everywhere, despite the scales. Notable spots include undersides, ribs, feet, and under the wings. Tail-tip is one of his more sensitive spots!
Special abilities/talents: Very agile, and stronger than he looks. If he has hold of another dragon, it takes a bit of doing to get loose! He's also very clever at exploiting another dragon's ticklish spots.
Personality traits: A nice dragon, gets along well with others. In a challenge, he will do what it takes to win. But, he is also very fun loving; his favorite hobby is to indulge in playful tickling with the females in relaxed situations outside of challenges.
Strengths: He is very smart, and good at sizing up an opponent's weaknesses.
Weaknesses: Ticklish, obviously. Has a definite weakness for pretty females, and sometimes a bit of persuasive pleading can get him to relinquish an advantageous tickling situation!
